A man who killed his girlfriend in a suburban Pittsburgh parking lot was sentenced to 20 to 40 years in prison Tuesday, September 8. Jobeth Olson, 19, and her "boyfriend" James Nalls, then 23, April 2, 2007 at Applebees. The boyfriend shot Olson in the neck, and the van she was driving drifted across the street into another lot. She was pronounced dead 2 days later.
Nalls, now 25, was convicted of 3rd degree murder. The motive is still unknown.
