David Reyes, 20, of Tustin, CA was charged with raping his 60 year old female roommate in a mobile home park, then taking all of her items with him in his truck, found at a local hotel.
Police officers responded to a report of suspicious circumstances in the Tustin Village Mobile Home Park on Sunday. When they arrived, officers say they found a 60-year-old woman who had been bound and sexually assaulted before being robbed of credit cards, flat screen televisions and other personal items.
Police arrested Reyes outside the hotel after he returned. He was taken to the Orange County Jail, charged with suspected rape, assault, burglary, and robbery.
