A Flower Mound, TX dentist was arrested on charges of sexually abusing a woman patient at his dental practice on March 23. Spencer Lee Page, 32, was charged with 2nd degree sexual assault, punishable by between 2 and 20 years in prison. He is accused in an indictment dated April 14 of placing his hands down the woman's pants without her consent while she was under anesthesia.
"The complainant said she was assaulted and named Spencer as the one," said Lt. Wendell Mitchell of the Flower Mound Police Department. "A very in-depth investigation was conducted. We provided our information to the Denton County Grand Jury, and the grand jury issued an indictment and a warrant."According to a search warrant affidavit, the victim had gone to the dentist office for a procedure and was given Halcyon and Nitrous Oxide but was never completely unconscious. While under anesthesia, the victim recalled the dentist touched her.
The victim also recalled the dental assistant touching her, and when DNA samples were taken, the assistant gave one, but not Page.

In early July 2008, a Rusk Texas dentist was arrested for Assault and Failure to Identify.
Name: Stacy Lee Black, Age 40
Dr. Black was bonded out of Cherokee County jail on July 2.

Because Dr. Black's cousins are the state prosecutors in Rusk, TX no one operating around his family dental practice has been notified.
As a matter of fact, because of his relation to the district attorneys, this DATELINE-esque arrest is being completely ignored by the local newspapers. In fact the arresting officers have been quietly reprimanded and 're-assigned.' No one will know about it until the victim's family sues.
Rusk Texas dentist, Dr. Stacy L. Black, DDS was arrested again for Bodily Injury/ Family Violence on September 11, 2008 according to the Jacksonville TX Daily Progress.
• Stacy L. Black, assault/family violence causing bodily injury. Bond was set at $3,000.

They did a story up~date on this dentist, Spencer Lee Page and they said his height of 7 feet 7 inches had to do with this matter. He was so tall he had problems dateing women, being a giant of a man. This was the only way he may of thought he could get a female, that caused him to assult women. The judge might have reinstated this too, for he lost his liec. to practice denistry in Texas. I don^t think he had to serve anytime in prison. So he used his giantism to his advantage. However, this man needs to see a mental health Dr. I dont care how tall one is, doing wrong is wrong. The tv news did a follow-story on this dentist, not to long ago. They said he just was not allowed to practice being a dentist in texas. Page did not have to serve anytime in prison. I believe he used his giant height for his defence. they had a mug shot of him and his height was 90 inches, 7 feet 6 inches in height. if he had a problem with being so tall, he had to gas women to get what he wanted, then he should have been a basketball player, he d get the women and money without gas treatment to females. I dont see Shawn Bradly having any problems with his wife. All i can say it what a waste of height on Spencer lee Page. I wished i had his height, i would put it to better use then to gas a female to use her sexually. I just wonder if he will do this again in another State?? well he use the same stupid excuse of i am a giant freak and no female wants me. what a waste of good height!
He's not 7'7", you twit! He is a normal height. I hate to even lower myself to respond to a moron, such as yourself, but he went to school for a really long time. He has never been in any kind of trouble. That is why he had no prison time. After that many years in school, and the loss that he is dealing with, he is being punished. Go take a freaking English class!
It appears that the author of the first two posts is simply trying to tie his/her grudge with Dr. Black and the Cherokee County authorities to the tags in the original story for slanderous search purposes, since there is no apparent relativity, other than Dentistry.
I spoke with Cherokee County Judge Dominy and Dr. Black has never been convicted of any crime above a speeding ticket.....and the story about arresting officers being reprimanded, etc. and the cousin DA didn't pan out either.

The two arrests of Stacy Black DDS Rusk, TX did occur in 2008, both for domestic violence, despite family members in Rusk, TX trying to gloss over it.
