Voyeur gets 90 days in jail, deportation for incident in Yakima mall
Jose Luis Mendoza Castaneda, 26, was sentenced to serve 90 days in jail for looking up the skirt of a Yakima Valley Macy's employee, but the sentence is moot because he has already served his time, and he's being deported to Mexico. The incident occured February 29, when a Macy's security guard watch Castaneda walk behing a 19 year old employee's skirt and placed his cell phone camera up her skirt. He pled guilty, and also faces sex offender registration, a requirement which is moot due to the pending deportation.
