Victor Ryadchin, 63, a Russian national, was arrested aften fondling a woman on a Delta flight from San Francisco to Atlanta. Ryadchin allegedly touched the woman's groin twice, after which she told a flight attendant. The attendant told the captain, which alerted authorities on the ground. Ryadchin was supposed to make a connecting flight to Moscow, but was instead arrested and will be charged with sexual assault.
