Vincennes, Indiana man sentenced to 63 years (31.5 for good behavior) for murder of girlfriend
29-year-old Damon Catt, was sentenced to 63 years in prison for the stabbing death of his girlfriend, 21 year old Allison Rinsch in their Vincennes apartment last November. He was foung guilty on Rinsch's murder in May after three hours of jury deliberation. The maximum sentence for 1st degree murder is 65 years, but each criminal has the chance to earn half off their sentence for good behavior.
