San Antonio teacher caught with his pants down

Paul D. Roberts, 42, was arrested and charged with an improper relationship between teacher and student. Roberts, who taught in San Antonio. TX at Jefferson High School, was caught after a male student saw him and a 18 year old female student engaged in sexual activity. The teacher told the male student to leave, but he came back with a custodian. The relationship, which started with flirting, escalated to touching, then sexual activity which occured around 3 PM in Roberts' classroom. The charge is a 2nd degree Texas felony, punishable by 2 to 20 years in prison.
